Dear Pauline,
I hate to be that person who tells you that you are a stupid git. No. Scratch that. I would love to be that person!
But with your recent 'statements' claiming that Australia should hold a moratorium on the number of muslims entering Australia, I just can't help myself. Think a little girl discovering her mother's makeup stash for the first time.
Let's start with the lipstick.
Everyone knows that if you really want to get his attention, this is the way to do it. Lure him in with some sultry, finely crafted, sexy pout and then there's really very little left to do.
The same sort of thing happens with Australian politics.
Want to catch a big fish? Make the bait something simplified, generic, credited in the mass media and approved of by the Howard regime.
How can the Australian public resist such immaculate logic?
"I'm sick of these people coming out here and saying that our girls are like the meat market and the bible that is urinated on ... am I supposed to be tolerant?"
I'm pretty sure only one person said that - I'm also pretty sure that person has given up attempting 'clever' analogies again, lest he be accused of comparing Australian women to a fine wine.
'A good woman is like a fine wine'
HE'S CALLING OUR WOMEN ALCOHOLICS....BURN HIM!
But that's not even the point. The point is, Yes you are supposed to be tolerant. This is a free country with free speech. He is allowed to say whatever the hell he wants in the same vein that a Danish cartoonist is allowed to draw defamatory cartoons implicating an entire religion.
My first thought would be, to tell you that you are a world class fool. But unfortunately there are more of you out there. So you're not even first class in your field of being an uneducated baboon. You would think it doesn't get any more embarrassing than that.
But of course, you're not done yet. Now that we've smudged some dopey red onto our lips, we must smear some eyeliner all over the campaign too...and what better way than to 'pretend' that you care about the rights of women.

Alright Muslim women out there: if you have a job, a family, a degree and enjoy a good social life....THEN YOU ARE COMPLETELY OUT OF YOUR ELEMENT! DON'T YOU KNOW ABOUT THINGS HAPPENING IN MUSLIM COUNTRIES AGAINST WOMEN? DON'T YOU SEE HOW THIS MAKES YOU ALL OPPRESSED?
Never mind the fact that there are close to a billion Muslims in the world and you are all a varied, diverse bunch with different beliefs, nationalities and culturual discrepancies. You should like, so totally unite together and critique this thing that even Pauline doesn't know anything about.
"I think that if Muslim women realise how they have been treated I probably would get a lot of support," she said.
yes yes. They are going to wake up one day and say 'I can't believe it's not butter..and all this time I thought we were okay! but we're not really...genital mutilation is happening and here I am, trying to memorise who wrote Waltzing Matilda for this test they're trying to make me take so I can prove I'm a 'real Australian' and then subsequently my children can grow up in a 'Fair and Tolerant society. Shame on me'
"Maybe we should look at the female genital mutilation that happens to young girls in this country ... if people want to live by these ways then go back to the Muslim countries."
This one sounds as though it was said by a 10-year-old. You don't even NAME the countries. Simply put 'the muslim countries'. I mean if you want to make a sweeping generalisation and use that as the basis of your campaign at least sound remotely credible.
But the clincher here is that none of this makes any sense. Where is the proof that it happens in this country?
I want to know how and why terrorism should be linked to Islam. Other than the fact that the media is trying to implicate the two together.
I want to know how and why people continue to fall for this diatribe without analyisng the absurdity behind these claims.
Having John Howard on your side doesn't make you any less simplistic.
and furthermore, having Queensland on your side, does nothing to quell the widespread belief that you are a bloody moron.

I can only shake my head....but I think the fluorescent pink glossy one she regularly wears is the worst...combined with her voice, I'm cringing now....

Hanson will appear before the election and disappear after it.
Another stint on Dancing with the stars to soften her hard bitch image and she will disappear.
If John Howard is still around then we will get her policies with out the red hair and makeup.

and although I think you're also right about John Howard, I really hope we don't have to put up with another round of him!
He may be lipstick-less but he aint no pretty picture either (and to save your computers from crashing, I might forego the posting of photographic evidence)
